Singing Shrimp is a website I (Travis) created for my art. That is pretty much what it is. The name is actully odd, I know and it came from the fear Willow (Rosenberg) has (singing) and Tara (Maclay) being alergic to shrimp. So Singing Shrimp^^ I know stupid but hey I like. So please enjoy your visit and give me feed back. My email is all around!
My site is filled with all types of diffrent art styles. The most updated is DigitalArt, since I do alot of digitalart when ever I get a chance to. I am very proud of my pixel work as well, which will be updated as it comes. Handdrawn art takes more time, and I usualy don't get time to site and draw, but I do try.

Just a quick little update. I got a few new awards I wanted to plaster up here! First thanks go to LRae12 and her Fool for Love challenge over at BuffyForums.net. Ah, a brandnew perty lil layout! I wanna thank Joe and Lyn and JJ for all their coolness. Now that aside, I do gotta love this new layout. I didn't wanna change, cause I loved the T:SCC one, but with Smallville hitting its last season, I am just so inspired.
Also new, handdraw art section is up. Thats right, after long awaited-wait, handdrawn stuff is up. I added stuff from my current Life Drawing class. So go take a look.

So Singing Shrimp is FOUR YEARS OLD! who would have thought I'd last this long ^_^ I just wanna thank Lyn, Joe, everyone at BuffyForums (and the former Buffyworld) also just everyone who has pushed me to do art. You guys rock.
That means I've finally put up a new layout out. Based off the Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicals series on FOX, this show just simply rocks and is one of the ONLY highlights on tv right now (since Heroes was a bit of a bust... Though Smallville seson 7 is proving the be worth watching.). New art will be up soon, just wanna work out the kinks in the layout.

A new award is up here from another challenge on Buffyworld forums for my Veronica Mars wallscroll. Thanks to Wenj for the fun challenge of Obsession^^.
Also, you may notice a new layout is up. Using the fantastic stock images of Asilwen Stock. Go check it out, she has some amazing photos that work for alot of different cool ideas. The theme of course is the holidays that are coming up, so I only saw it fitting that I make a new layout, even though I did love the Kristen Bell one...

So a new award is up as well as a new section. The WallScroll section is now up under DigitalArt. Even though there is only two pieces, I wanted them to be in their own section, just so people knew what they were looking at in these sections. I do plan to add more, since they are really fun.
I also got an Award from another challenge on Buffyworld forums for my Veronica Mars wallscroll. Thanks to SaltyGoodness for the awsome Capless challenge.

I donot know why I added a new layout, but I did. The Paige one was really nice, but it was time for something that matched the current weather, so a nice Kristen Bell wall went up!
Besides that, I moved some things around, I merged the Misc and Random section, realising they are kind of the same thing. I also added a recent section for new art, AND I finally added the Bini Hut. Originally I was just going to give it its own site, but I think it works fine as an attachment to Singing Shrimp.
I have new art, I just have to find time to add it, since I've been busy working out kinks and errors on this layout, so stay tooned.

Trying to get more new art up, and fix the handdrawn section.
Also found some old fanart for a friends fanficton Asta, so thats been added to the DigitalArt/Other section.

Added a new Award into the Anime section for one of my Sailor Moon pieces. Special thanks to Liz at BuffyForum for the TVChangesUs challenge. Also some new art. I won't update this section with art, I'll just change the new art header, so if there is no news, doesn't mean theres no new art, just nothing new added to the site other wise. All the Recent Art headers are dated.

Wow, Singing Shrimp has a new home. Thanks alot Joe for hosting my little site onto your new and pretty domain Voided-Space.
All new layout and some new art to celebrate. I will try to update more, now that Joe is my domain host, I feel like he will whip me if I don't update weekly, so I will try! I updated and cleaned up every single page from the old Singing Shrimp files to remove some unwanted art and fix some broken links. So for now, enjoy the few new walls, I promise more are on the way.
Also note that the handdrawn art section is down. I am still going over a way to revamp it and set it up better, so stay tooned for when it'll be back up.
I would like to give special thanks to a few people. First to Ashley at Anime-Princess.com for the amazing years of hosting Singing Shrimp. With out her the site would still be a Geocities baby (which I hope to never have to go back too...) I want to thank Joe for helping pass the tourch from Anime-Princess to Voided-Space. An unexpected surprise that is really making me rethink the direction I want to take the site.
Shout out to Lyn, Nikki and Jenni Lou for their help and just their awsome art/site insperation. Plyn, sorry for the constant "does this look good?", I know you're there to give me help and I love you because of it.
